Criminal Defence Bar group forms
On 4 November 2025, the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association (CILPA) announced the establishment of the Criminal Defence Bar Subcommittee, which will be chaired by Prathna Bodden of Samson Law Associates. This is the first committee which has been formed as a subcommittee of CILPA.
